Stuck in a Groove or a Rut or... What?

Dog Poet Transmitting.......

arf!!! arf!!!

There are many people out there who pay tens of thousands of dollars a year for medication which, in most cases, they only need because they engage in dietary behavior that compromises their health. It's a known fact that people who have too much money and too little time; probably as a result of making too much money, choose not to cook their own food and eat in restaurants or patronize take out joints. The foods prepared in these places have a high octane acid content and as a result certain maladies are guaranteed over time. This is one of the major disconnects of our time, in this culture of youth worship. People are convinced they can get away with anything because they are young and the culture tells them this. Of course, all the unfortunate payback comes later and come it will.

There is a reason that some of us stay mobile and limber. There's a lot of people like that in The Orient, tripping the light fantastic into their 80s. There are people in India who can do all kinds of things. They put the time in. They put the time in a certain direction. Meanwhile, “the world” is like a cowboy steer wrangler on a drive to the Kansas City stockyards. That doesn't happen anymore because the cattle all travel by truck and train these days but so does the cattle I am talking about. The cattle I'm talking about even flies on planes and though they are cattle, they often more resemble sardines in these cases, unless they have lots of money or a company that is fond of their devotion. Cattle and sardines do have things in common and you can see them act as one, often. So the world is on a cattle drive and the rapier thin foreman, the head honcho, all dressed in black, who doesn't have a face, only an iridescent skull and he's whistling the theme from Rawhide. He's got a toothpick in his mouth that smolders like a lit cigarette due to the 'breath of fire' and we are not referring to Kundalini Yoga. This is serious business that is known as 'the Last Roundup' The end result is no different for either herd of cattle.

I stand in parking lots and stores sometimes and I watch. I put my mind in a fugue state, a detached hyper reality mindset and I watch the human tattoo billboards go by. I study the shopping carts and listen in on conversations and there is always the telepathic bleedoff that makes cartoon balloons over people's heads. I used to think everyone could see these but no, just like I used to think that everyone who took acid was having a spiritual experience, no... that was not the case and a lot of the time, over time it turned into some kind of new age thing, or multicolored ascended masters, with all kinds of shimmering graffiti around them... or it goes Satanic in any number of myriad permutations of the same which come under more innocuous covers. There's a lot of that going around. One of the reasons that bona fide masters warn against the use of psychotropics is because people are as easily fooled by appearances (possibly even more so) in those altered states as they are in the ordinary life. Bona fide spiritual masters say that the long term slow rise takes you up the mountain in a more sure and less erratic way. Still... there are many ways up the mountain and one's ability to negotiate certain paths is dependent on them. It doesn't work for everyone, not even for most people but... it does work.

When you are young, anything seems possible. BUT... in 99% of the cases, people inevitably. find a groove and that groove deepens and deepens, becoming a rut and often turns into The Valley of the Shadow of Death, as if you had fallen into a dry wash that isn't always dry and then it is a matter of timing. Imagine that you are sliding back and forth through the dirt track that leads downhill into Joshua Tree Monument National Park in a dune buggy; going a little too fast and you become something predictable. It isn't you going too fast, it's the conditions of the route that create the situation. This is why I choose to walk in the footsteps of others who made particular ruts that use harmonics to keep you on the track. It's a kind of metaphysical electro=magnetics, in the same way that chanting creates a groove and you move on sound currents; sound like psycho babble? It's not. Everything works according to certain laws. On the physical plane these laws are often obvious, no matter how often they may be ignored. On the metaphysical plane, the rules aren't as obvious and it is easy to get misled and very quickly you get grooves and ruts, which is why, with the best of intentions one can wind up going in the wrong direction.

It's not going in the wrong direction that is the real problem because all of us are susceptible to that happening. It is how quickly we catch on and recover. The inherent difficulty in that is... wrong way traffic of this sort always includes all those right way signposts. We convince ourselves of things and are loathe to reconnoiter. It is human nature not to want to admit this and that accounts for the bulk of the human race being able to go in the wrong direction and not think too much about it. Hope is one of the most delusional states because of the questionable focus of the hope. We hope certain things work out that shouldn't work out. I am reminded of that cynical phrase of Obama's; “Hope and Change”. The people he works for hope that there will be no change they do not control. The people controlled by these people hope for change that will bring them a greater material prosperity and security, oblivious to the truth that those who seem to be in control of everything have no intention of conferring either of these states upon them. This is known as an impasse and the result of that is most likely to be change that neither of these factions desire but are going to get anyway.

In a situation of impending global transformation, one state of being is most likely to prosper and that is the one where the ineffable is kept as one's guidon. This is one of the reasons that the Muslim world is under such a pernicious assault. They routinely put too much attention on the divine. They ritually prostrate themselves before the ineffable, what? Six times a day? They base their culture and their lives around this. Sure... much of their traditions are a confusing perplexity of outdated fundamentalism and the idea of Sharia is completely profane but there is much good in what remains. I've lived around Muslims and shared in their practices.

The world wide Satanic network that is so (seemingly) powerfully ascendant in these times is outraged by any show of real devotion toward the lord of light and they are tirelessly at work seeking to foment bad behavior in those who make a public display of their faith. There's nothing like exposed hypocrisy to turn the tide of human opinion toward the dark side.

We've been watching a series called Californication. It's got, besides tons of gratuitous sex and every form of Babylon rising; it's also got a 13 year old girl who carries around Lavey's Satanic Bible and argues in a manner far beyond her years about how there is nothing evil about the book, it's all about finding your true will and best expression of personal freedom. People come and go with reverse pentagram t-shirts. Everything is filled with intellectual rationalizations and slick repartee. It's LA as LA very probably is, though the reality is very possibly past that by this time. It's an education. It's also like how you imagine it would be to get slimed; circa Ghostbusters after watching it. The Motly Crue, reverse pentagram t-shirt keeps appearing. Everyone is coming out of the closet these days and the light of revelation is going to shine on each and every one and each and every one will be revealed in the essence of itself, or be blown into nothing like smoke in the wind.

These are crazy times and one might reasonably expect that none of us will move unscathed through the tumult. One might expect the same from these blogs, or maybe some do not. I don't doubt that some feel I've lost my edge and coherency. Nothing is changed except that I no longer have to dance around how I feel about the divine to please the mercenary instincts of atheistic webmasters, who won't post my work any more because I talk about God. If that's my crime, I'll do the time I don't really care all that much about the world situation as my ground central reality because it is not. The world has never been satisfactory to my needs. It's a world of heartbreak and disappointment, if for no other reason than for the temporary nature of it. Everything changes and everything passes in both good and bad ways, depending on how you measure it, according to your values and objectives and you are guaranteed to find out what that means sooner or later.

If I've ceased to do things as I used to do them, well... I can't remember a time in my life when it wasn't moving from one thing to another. The hiatus points may have been more or less extended over periods of time but that's life. Those are the grooves and ruts such as they are. Some of us are partial to a continuous groove but that is mostly because of their attachment to their idea of themselves is greater than their desire to grow and to change, despite whatever change may come about in the process of trying not to change; good luck with that. The difference between embracing change and resisting it is defined in the level of pain that one can endure for no good reason.

We are grateful to those of you who have stuck by us and we want to say that “it ain't over till it's over” and it's not over then either. Time will tell and we shall see.

Love that your anger seems to have dropped to zero replaced by observation and spiritual analysis. A cleaner burning lamp that shines even brighter. Its been a long time coming and we aren't there yet.

Vis, you brought up an old memory with "Imagine that you are sliding back and forth through the dirt track that leads downhill into Joshua Tree Monument National Park..."

I was visiting Joshua Tree some decades back, and got very high on the energy of the place. I became very sensitive to the energy flows going into and out of the ground in various areas. It was like a playland. Very cool.

I also had an interesting experience, which I'm still not sure whether it was a past life coming-through or being overlighted by someone. I felt very Native American, all of a sudden. And, I was outraged at various bottles, cans, and trash being left in 'sacred areas'. (I cleaned them up.) I had a very different 'personal sense'. I even picked up and placed a feather in my hair, which I had never done. All this faded soon after leaving Joshua Tree...

Wisdom from J.R.R. Tolkien, in The Silmarillion :

“Those who used the Nine Rings became mighty in their day, kings, sorcerers, and warriors of old. They obtained glory and great wealth, yet it turned to their undoing. They had, as it seemed, unending life, yet life became unendurable to them. They could walk, if they would, unseen by all eyes in this world beneath the sun, and they could see things in worlds invisible to mortal men; but too often they beheld only the phantoms and delusions of Sauron. And one by one, sooner or later, according to their native strength and to the good or evil of their wills in the beginning, they fell under the thraldom of the ring that they bore and under the domination of the One, which was Sauron's. And they became for ever invisible save to him that wore the Ruling Ring, and they entered into the realm of shadows. The Nazgûl were they, the Ringwraiths, the Enemy's most terrible servants; darkness went with them, and they cried with the voices of death.”

~and~

“But the Elves were not so lightly to be caught. As soon as Sauron set the One Ring upon his finger they were aware of him; and they knew him, and perceived that he would be master of them, and of all that they wrought. Then in anger and fear they took off their rings. But he, finding that he was betrayed and that the Elves were not deceived, was filled with wrath; and he came against them with open war, demanding that all the rings should be delivered to him, since the Elven-smiths could not have attained to their making without his lore and counsel. But the Elves fled from him; and three of their rings they saved, and bore them away, and hid them.

Now these were the Three that had last been made, and they possessed the greatest powers. Narya, Nenya, and Vilya, they were named, the Rings of Fire, and of Water, and of Air, set with ruby and adamant and sapphire; and of all the Elven-rings Sauron most desired to possess them, for those who had them in their keeping could ward off the decays of time and postpone the weariness of the world. But Sauron could not discover them, for they were given into the hands of the Wise, who concealed them and never again used them openly while Sauron kept the Ruling Ring.

Therefore the Three remained unsullied, for they were forged by Celebrimbor alone, and the hand of Sauron had never touched them; yet they also were subject to the One.”

Best Wishes,

Having dropped large amounts of El Cid in that location I can testify that there is some serious mojo in that place. I'd love to repeat the experience but I got mainlanditis at the moment. I'd need a rock solid landing zone in the region to consider it.
